How to add members to a Crunchyroll subscription

Crunchyroll Premium memberships support multiple profiles, allowing different users to personalize their viewing experience under one account.

You can create up to five profiles on a single Crunchyroll account.

Create a new profile on the website

  1. Sign in to your Crunchyroll account.
  2. Select your avatar in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Switch Profile > Add New.
  4. If prompted, upgrade your subscription.
  5. Enter a profile name and username.
  6. Customize the profile avatar or background if desired.
  7. Select Save.

Create a new profile in the mobile app

  1. Open the Crunchyroll app.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Select Switch Profile > Add Profile.
  4. Upgrade your subscription if required.
  5. Enter a profile name.
  6. Customize the profile using the pencil icon.
  7. Save your changes.

Edit a profile

On the website
  1. Select your avatar.
  2. Select Switch Profile.
  3. Select Manage Profiles.
  4. Edit the profile name.
  5. Select Save.
On the mobile app
  1. Open Account.
  2. Select Switch Profile.
  3. Select Manage Profiles.
  4. Select the pencil icon next to the profile.
  5. Update the profile information.
  6. Select Save.
  1. Profile names can be changed at any time.
  2. Usernames can only be changed by contacting Support.
